    3 days ago i saw a discussion between 2 mods and one of them swore and said he quit this server. I don't remember who it was and he is not registered. so my question is: is there a new spot open for mod since one of them left?

    Yes it is. Ickli has been promoted to admin that is why there is a spot open.
