what to expect

since the big update (1.3) is coming . what will hapine on the server . i was thinking that people could ask questions here and i have some already .

1- will the server go down and for how long?
2- since it includes new structures in the world, will the world be reset? im personalty ok with that.
3-will the server/plugin settings be reset (command privileges, job stats,factions)?
post your questions here . and i hope that someone will answer them.

the factions,warps anything which has a set location i nthe world will be reset if the world is reset. I personally want the world to be reset but w/e.
