mod using a hacked client

today i was showing magicology2 my island and when we went to my skeleton xp grinder he accidentally activated something called "creative nuke" (only available in hacked client and he later admitted that he is using a hacked client.). he was in creative so after he activated it by hiting a shortcut key , averytime he clicked his mouse - every block in his reach was destroyed. i took some pictures. BUT ! even though he is an admin or a mod . i dont think that gives him the right to use hacked client.cause using it encourages others to use it . i do not know what the punishment is for that but it cant just be a warning .
and now the pics. in the pictures you can see the colection area .. or it was one .

while saying he will fix it . he cant cause there are no server backups (as far as i know).

Mods or above are allowed to use hacked clients according to Pat and Will. Magicology is on "Last Warning" before he's demoted. If you want to charge Magicology2 for Griefing then that is acceptable and he'll be punished. There's also Picture proof.

So what'll it be?
Magicology2 isn't guilty and should stay mod.
or Magicology2 is guilty and should be punished for griefing?

hes not guilty but tell him to remove options like that from the shortcut list.
