kingpin1999/Mrscool1885 Ban Request

I am ban requesting him and partly some members of his faction(Mrscool1885) For A number of Reason.

The main reason being kingpin1995 claimed a random area next to my faction to make a home for Mrscool1885, Although as far as i know.Beta stated that claims of random areas depending on the position of the f home is forbidden.
I followed this rule and asked them to move nicely and that i would move their home too. They refused and started an argument. So as i said and try to partly force them to it mrscool kept on using caps and calling me an abuser. Also after that your_loved_one sorted everything out and i agreed on moving their home to their faction home. I moved it and told mrscool to tp to me for it. She said that she did not like the spot and started flaming me for it. I told her that i got told to move it and i did my job, To which in return she flamed me even more. I kicked her twice Through which she threatend me by saying she will get me done because she has BetaTester on skype.

Currently Kingpin is demoted and in survival mode for ignoring staff rules for this ccasion and another. i can't act on hatyou claim mrscool has done without pictures. sorry.

Erm, I thought we resolved this? Why ban me? I told you that I made her a home, then you started yelling saying it was for the trees. I was going to remove it, until you started flaming and yelling, and then worldediting parts out of it. Also, when I was on, Mrscool did not use caps as far as I saw...

We resolved it, although she did not stop at this complainig i did it without asking. Although she was their exactlly when this happend. Also I did not flame, nor did you ask me about having a house their.
I obbey the rules, thats why i am asking for you to be banned.
