Below are the list of rules that everyone is expected to follow. Everyone HAS to read these!
PvP rules
1) PvP is allowed. Go wild
2) If you have gamemode, don't abuse it. Only fight in Survival.(demotion)
3) No PvPing with spawned items (9001 Swords) (Inventory clear or demotion)
4) Don't complain if items are lost(kick-mute)
5) No PvP logging (jailable-followed by ban)
6) No PvP tp'ing (jailable-followed by ban)
7) No Using mods whilst fighting (bannable)
Survivor rules
1) Only minor griefing is allowed. This means you may take a few blocks from the other users house, but not destroy it.(jail-ban)
2) PvP is ALLOWED
3) Raiding and stealing are ALLOWED
4) If you die, don't complain about items you lose (kick-mute)
5) No hacks or mods that may give you an advantage over others. (E.g X-Ray= Banned)
(InvTweaks/Rei's minimap are Allowed.)
6) Don't advertise your apps. The more you say about it, the less we want to accept it.
7) Keep the caps and swearing to a limit.(kick-Mute)
8 ) No Nicknames!
9) Don't harrass other players (kick-Mute)
10) No Impersonating someone ("Hai there! I'm from Planet Minecraft!") and name spoofing (Cracked clients) with someone else's username) (Bannable)
11) Respect other players and staff. Staff especially!(kick-mute)
12) If a mod/admin wants your help please help them, but if they're forcing you to do something against the rules or harrassing you, report it in the staff accusations thread.
13) (F2) If someone breaks the rules, screen shot it and post it on the forums (or make a video)(Gain more trust)
Creative Rules
1) All the above rules apply
2) No giving out items
3) You're creative for building. You have no special powers, so don't act like staff.(Demotion)
4) If you threaten to ban anyone/get a mod/admin to ban someone, you will be demoted instantaneously.
5) Don't abuse your rank.

2) When perm-banning, please always incldue the reason and try to include "Appeal at imenforums.forumotion.com"
3) Please always try and include proof before banning. We'd like to keep the appeals to a minimum
4) Do not give out creative to any player unless their app was approved.
5) Do not give out nick names for anyone(warning-demotion)
6) Always be helpful
7) Promote our forums where ever possible.
8 ) STOP giving out/dieing with the 9001 level enchanted items.
9) You may have hacks/mods on, but only for personal use.(Not for PvP)
